Mental Performance Series for Incoming Freshman
Train the Mind. Elevate the Game.
A 4-week, interactive workshop series that equips freshmen with the tools to build confidence, manage pressure, communicate effectively, & transition into high school athletics with a strong mindset & team focus.

July 8th | 6pm-7pm (session #1)
July 15th | 6pm-7pm (session #2)
July 22nd | 6pm-7pm (session #3)
July 29th | 6pm-7pm (session #4)

4 – 1 hour sessions
About this event:
4 Weeks – 60 Minute Live Online Sessions
Week 1 – Confidence from Day 1
Build self-belief and quiet inner critique
Week 2 – Managing Nerves & Pressure
Build composure & calming techniques
Week 3 – Communication
Understand how to advocate & build trust
Week 4 – Goal Setting & Game Ready
Set goals & mentally prep to perform
Workbook and weekly video reinforcement
